Sales specialist for DACH

We are looking for a high-energy results-driven Sales (Business Development) Representative with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts to join our Sales team in turning freshly-baked leads into opportunities by performing outbound (and inbound) calls to potential prospects to qualify them as Sales Qualified Leads for Sales (Account Executives) Specialists.

You will need to be able to work using your own initiative, you love the start-up world and the exciting opportunity that selling a disruptive platform presents. You will learn to use cutting edge prospecting, intent and sales automation tools, Bitrix24. We have identified DACH region as one of the key markets where we want to increase our presence. Therefore we are looking for an eager German-speaking sales person who will help us conquer the market.


Your main goal is to create as many business conversations as possible through a proven sales automation system, Bitrix24.

  • Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, Linkedin and e-mail.
  • Make outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high quality leads for Sales team.
  • Schedule first appointment with potential prospects and our Sales team.
  • Document each sales interactions with prospects in Bitrix24 following our internal policies and procedures.
  • Ability to apply a positive customer service attitude and establish a positive rapport with all prospects.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with leading people like CTO’s / CIO’s / Founders of SMBs/Enterprises daily.


We are a business development team of innovative software product, CodeNOW. Currently, our main priorities are to reach out German market and later on the whole DACH region targeting on SME Software houses.

CodeNOW is a ready-made software delivery platform that supports our clients in each stage of their DevOps process. Speeding up the development of their cloud-native applications in microservices-based architectures and deliver business value faster by leaving all technical complexities to !


  • A German (fluent/native) speaker, both spoken and written (other languages are a plus).
  • Solid theoretical background in software development & cloud-based applications are a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous customer service/sales experience preferred.
  • Consultative selling experience and quota carrying experience.
  • A cutting-edge SaaS metrics-oriented mindset, committed to learning and mastering the latest Sales practices from the top startups.
  • Ability to keep pace in a rapidly changing environment, which requires prioritization, constant learning, juggling multiple responsibilities at once, and taking calculated risks.
