Marketing Executive

The marketing team at Stratox Cloud Native is looking for a Marketing Executive to execute and deliver our marketing campaigns together with managing our operations.

We have built a software delivery and operations platform (PAAS) called CodeNOW. CodeNOW has the ambitious vision to lead our market category globally. Currently, our main priorities are to expand into the European region and then to enter the U.S market.
CodeNOW is a software delivery platform that supports businesses in each and every stage of their application development and DevOps processes. It speeds up the development of their cloud-native applications with microservices-based architectures and enables developers of all skill levels to deliver business value faster by automating and handling the technical complexities.

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team.


  • Together with the CMO and marketing team contribute to setting and achieving our quarterly marketing goals (using OKRs)
  • Towards these OKRs, participate in planning and execute the overall marketing strategy
  • Design, plan, test, and execute effective in- and outbound marketing activities in two-weekly sprints combining in- and outbound activities.
  • Maintain the content on our corporate and websites
  • Contribute to any product marketing activities, e.g. setting up campaigns,
  • Contribute to any content writing & editing from the source and content owners.
  • Improve internal communication in Stratox, organizing town hall meetings, setting communication standards
  • In 2 weekly sprints, work with the team consisting of an internal UI/UX Designer, external Web developer, online marketer, social media manager, proofreader, PPC specialist, copywriter(s), and manage the expected delivery of the work.



  • Keep the marketing team operations’ in continuous motion and progress
  • Prepare CodeNOW for the U.S. market by producing online presentations and content assets.
  • Contribute to sales and partner enablement and the creation of required collateral
  • Come with ideas to better convert the traffic we generate to qualified Sales leads.
  • Execute our social media planning and content strategy
  • Initiate, produce and manage email campaigns
  • Orchestrate and organize scheduled webinars and manage on-demand webinars
  • Work with the team to continuously evolve our websites

  • 3 years or more experience in marketing a technical product, or equivalent B2B SaaS, Paas, IaaS
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics / Datastudio, Adwords, LinkedIn / Facebook / XING advertising, Hootsuite, GetResponse or Mailchimp, and other marketing and advertising platforms
  • Affinity with high tech products and high tech people with a fundamental understanding of business values.
  • Goal-oriented, objective-driven, and with a structured approach to quality and timely outcomes.
  • You like working with a small team and keep it running smooth
  • Excellent organizational / project management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • B2 level of English
  • Having a broad and practical experience of all marketing practices, processes, and channels.
